Where is my order?

Track your order
Just go to ‘My Orders’, log in and select the order you’d like to track.

Click the ‘Track Order’ button.

If the tracking doesn’t show any updates or is blank, no biggie! There may be a delay with the update of your tracking, but it should update soon. Please allow until the estimated delivery date for your order to be delivered.

Check the estimated delivery date
You’ll find this date in your Order Confirmation email or by checking ‘My Orders’.

Please remember that this date is an estimate, so your order may arrive before, on or slightly after your estimated delivery date.

I’m still waiting for my order
Has your estimated delivery date already passed? Please give us a few extra days for your order to be delivered (especially during busy times)! Our carriers are always doing their best to get your order to you, so make sure you keep an eye on your tracking link for the latest updates.

If your order doesn’t arrive, please let us know within 30 days of your estimated delivery date and we’ll do our best to help you.

Please note: if part of your order is shipped to the EU or US, these items will be delivered by Standard Delivery. These items’ arrival times may vary from your ASOS UK items. You’ll see the estimated delivery date(s) at the checkout and which warehouse your items are coming from on the product and checkout pages. Your order number will be the same for all items regardless of where they are shipped from, meaning you’ll be able to track all your parcels as normal.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

Someone needs to be in when your parcel is due to be delivered as we may need a signature. If this isn’t possible, our delivery partner will usually try to deliver more than once.

Alternatively, they’ll leave a calling card (or send you an email notification if your order is being delivered by EVRi) confirming whether they’ve left it with a neighbour or in a safe place. If it wasn’t delivered, the calling card will provide info on the rescheduled delivery time or how and where to collect it.

If your order was placed on our Next Day or Nominated Day delivery services, you may be presented with some additional in-transit delivery options including:

  • Selecting a 1-hour delivery window
  • Changing your delivery date
  • Requesting leave with a neighbour
  • Requesting leave safe
  • Requesting collection from a Pickup point

Follow My Parcel GPS tracking is provided, so you’ll know exactly when to expect your delivery.

Can I have my order delivered to my work address?

Yes. We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment. If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the place, not the person.
